karmarule Posted July 28, 2009 Share Posted July 28, 2009 guys please, IVm transfers calls to extentions in my company, the extention eg 227 rings but after answering the call it plays busy tone. IVM looks GREAT, but solving problems takes a lot of time reading manuals, topics. and worst than that u got nothing after. couple of month ago my problem was tha the IVM does not answer incoming calls with PBX's, the problem solved when I changed the modem! but now! I cant easily transfer a call easily without any problem! I want u to help me out with the issue; transferring calls in IVM. Some one ready to help?
