CALLS ARE NOT PICKED UP BY SIP PROIVDER ALL THE TIME

WE ARE USING VOICEPULSE THE ISSUE IS IT GIVES GOOD CONNECTIVITY SOMETIME AND THEN AUTOMATICALLY DISCONNECTS ? I DONT KNOW IS IT A PROBLME THORUGH SIP PROIVDER BECASUE WE ARE ON FIBER AND USING THE SAME PROVIDER WITH OUR REGUALR PHONE LINES WHCIH IS WORKING PERFECTLY FINE. ANY ADVICE HERE WILL BE HELPFULL.
