Currently there is not a way for the conference to call out to another party. However, this is something that we will keep in mind if we find that people want this functionality.

If you have IVM, you could set up a dial list that calls the participants, plays a message for them to press something to accept or decline the conference, and on accept do a blind transfer to Quorum's extension.
