Internal and External extension dialing

Hi everyone!

 

Everything went fine until I got to this:

 

I want the call attendant to ask which extension to dial, and then, the call should be transfered to that extension, but I want the party on the phone to dial to which extension, but I'm having troubles here, the first thing I get is: "Error - No valid end of data entry (press #) command" and the call gets disconnected.

I have already installed the outbound.exe plug in but I can't get it to work. Could someone please help me?
