johnywhy Posted July 4, 2009 Share Posted July 4, 2009 i'm getting "The connection was refused when attempting to contact localhost" when i try to connect to the broadcam stream on the same computer. i confirmed that windows firewall is allowing broadcam on port 86. media player displays the NCH logo, but video is black.
