danielbsig
Hi all, I've been using the Axon PBX for development purposes for more than a year, and up until now I've had no problems whatsoever. But recently I'm getting these messages shortly after a call is ended: "Destination of message from user XXXX cannot be determined" Also - and this is a bigger issue - my application no longer receives DTMF signals from the PBX. Everything else seems to be working; I can register, receive a call, it starts normally etc. My first reaction was that maybe the problem is related to the message above, but I'm not sure about that. Also, I've turned off firewalls on all the machines involved (caller, callee, server running Axon). Any suggestions? Regards, Daniel
paul.hadley
This is because Axon now supports MWI (Message Waiting Indicator) In order for this to work the extension in Axon must have “Transfer to Voice Mail Extension:” set and be pointing to an answer system such as NCH IVM that supports MWI To stop the errors go to your phone setup and switch of the subscription to MWI
evyncke
Thanks Paul, I had a simular issue with Gigaset C610 and by disabling all 'message waiting' features I was able to remove those error messages
