PC RESTARTS WHILE CONFIGURING

I just installed VRS and when I am configuring the channel properties (actually I have 2 channels) my PC suddenly restarts. I will appreciate any information about this issue.

 

My PC has Windows XP SP3, 1GB RAM, INTEL 3.0 Ghz CPU.

Hi,

 

Sounds like when you are adding the channels to vrs, and it tries to open that channel to record from, the driver for the audio device you are adding the channels from is crashing.

If your receiving a Blue screen of death, this should tell you the driver that crashed to cause this problem.

Upgrading the driver for your sound device should fix it.
