Help with dowloading from DS-330

I just got transcribe dowloaded and I downloaded the files they said I needed in order for it to work with my DS-330. I cannot figure out what I need to do to get my files from my DS-330 over to transcribe. If anyone could help it would be so greatly appreciated.

The files should be .dss format. You will need the dss32.exe file from the website. Execute that file once. Then you should be able to open the .dss files by either using the Load button or by double-clicking the .dss file, which should open Express Scribe and open the file.

 

It works for me and the above is all I did.
