Batch processing for converting wmv to avi

I use Xvid encoder, 2-pass option, converting several wmv files to avi format.

 

In doing so, I have to convert a file at 1-pass Xvid, when done, I subsequently choose the same file by selecting 2-pass Xvid. This means that, for each wmv file, Prism requres two-time manual encoding.

 

I cannot find a batch command which enables me encoding a number of files in one time. In other words, I expect a novel command that performs encoding 1-pass and 2-pass automatically, while the first file has been processed successfully, it jumps to the next wmv file to carry out conversion.
