How do I add credits?

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone.

I am wanting to add an intro and end credit to my clip, can this be done?

I think the easiest way to do this at the moment would be to create a still image (in MSPaint or any other similar program) with the credits on it (or several) then import those still frames into VideoPad then specify the amount of time you want each image to stay on the screen.

;) Didn't even think of doing that. Just a zombie sometimes and expect to see everything done for you. Thank you very much for the idea. It does suit what I need. How ever, a lazy pre-setup credit would of been nice

I'll submit that as a future suggestion as it would be a very popular feature if it hasn't already been considered

You could use Windows Movie Maker and export a .wmv from it. Then just add as a clip in videopad.

I tried the method Andreas suggested -- since Windows Movie Maker has a "Credits" feature already, I made a 15 second clip, including its own sound, and then saved as .wmv file. I added the clip into the VideoPad and it worked like a charm.
