2 phone Lines

Hello,

 

I am testing the IVM. I have two modem in my computer with two separate telephone lines.

I have created 3 OGM, that interact with a user. The line1 works perfectly, the IVM answers every time, but the line2 does not answer the call. When I delete the line1 from the settings, then the line2 answers...meaning that the line2 is setup correctly.

 

I have also trying to create different OGM for line2 but still no answer.

 

I am using the IVM 4.20 evaluation version.

 

Any ideas on what could be wrong?
