Novawire Posted August 18, 2005 Share Posted August 18, 2005 Good Afternoon, I have several different OGMs for several different companies. Each company essentially is billed per call that arrived at our facilities call center. The first months billing went well because I used the call sequence number variable on each of the lines. I would like to continue to use this same approach but now I find that the sequence number keeps increasing. How do I reset it so it reverts to 0? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
