ATA Device can't connect to AXON

Ok, just got myself a Netcomm ATA V100

basic little thing.

 

I run a Domain on my home network and have setup a Virtual Machine to run AXON.

 

Installed Windows XP and installed AXON.

 

Can get in and configure it ok but when i configure my V100 it will not connect properly.

 

as far as i can tell i have all the ports and username/password stuff correct.

 

i have even disabled the Windows XP firewall incase that was blocking it. still nothing.
