Sound record device open failed

I recently started using VRS but I cannot get it to work I have the Aopen FM 56-PM PCI V.90 which it says should work at: http://www.nch.com.au/kb/10063.html.

 

I can get this to work with TRx but not with VRS. it says "Sound record device open failed" When I have Modem #1 Line Record as the Recording Device.

 

I would love to use TRx but I need it to be automatic.

 

A long time ago (2-3 years) I used IVM Answering Attendant to auto-record calls, that worked with this modem (Same Model different modem).

 

Can anyone help me? and I do have the correct drivers installed.
