With a real phone command, it calls to the VoIP he asked,

 

Now, how can i transfer 1 line into another?

 

Means, line1 and line2 will talk and hear each other, i dont care if the phone will be busy

Sorry you can't. IVM does not transfer from one line to another.

Clarify: some SIP providers can (generally a pay service) but IVM cannot do the transfer.
