Hi,

I've just setup a new XP PC with a default install of Axon (v 2.01) with IMS and IVR options installed at the same time. After modifying the External Line called Default with my VoIP account details, the Axon status screen shows :-

19:49:13 Attempting to register sip:xxxxxxxxxx@sip.pennytel.com

19:57:48 Message for user xxxxxxxxxx cannot be sent. User does not exist.

.

and so on

where xxxxxxxxxx is the user account ID (and verified as working on another VoIP system). I've deleted and recreated the Default External line but this error continues to come up.

Can anyone shed any light on what this message means and how to stop it ?

Thanks.

Yes I do. Previously, I had set up each external line to ring at a specific PBX extension. Now I have each External line ringing to the IVM answering attendant with specific Out Going Message set for a specific Line.

This only seems to be the issue with the external VoIP lines. I also have a third land line set up on a SIPURA 3000, which then registers to the AXON as an external line and that one never gives this alarm.

Thanks
