IVM Auto Attendant Fax Transfer

I have the IVM Auto Attendant setup, and it transfers calls in our office to phones. We use to have the fax transfer part setup, but we can't seem to get the string of code right. We have a partner phone system which can just use standard switchhook dialing to transfer calls (like it does to our extensions). I had the code before as !,16 (16 is the extension of our fax machine). Do I need to put a string after the 16?
