charging for shipping

OK how do i charge for shipping? there is no way that i can see on the options section or anywhere else for that matter to insert shipping charges

Same here, I ended up adding Shipping as an item, but it's not the best solution

if you look between where you have the billing address and the item lines there is the shipping
