Problem opening videos after crashes

hello everyone.

 

I have this problem:

 

If the PC crashes due to some kind of hardware problem(or blackout or someone just cut the cable) i can't open the video file Eyeline recorded until the crash occured, no matter what codec i use to save the registration(i also tried DIvX Pro) or the player i use to try opening the file.

 

Eyeline just doesn't see the file by his internal browser to watch registration and all other Media players can't open it returning in an error.

 

I also tried some freeware avi repair program, but with no positive results.

 

Any idea on how i can resolve this?

anyone have info please? i really like the software but if i can't open those video files it's useless

 

Another issue: sometime he loose the cam and i have to log in into the system and re-add the cam to make it start again?

 

any solution?
