asidles Posted July 23, 2005 Share Posted July 23, 2005 We are running IVM v3.01 on an XP pro box with a CallURL card and a SIPphone account for direct VOIP connection over broadband. CallURL is lines 1 & 2 , VOIP is line 3. Everything works fine. We are trying to transfer calls using the VOIP conection to EUs running Express Talk. In this configuration any incoming call, regardless of origin, would transfer "in-house" extention requests to EUs desktop (or SIP router) via line 3. The EU can receive the call via Express Talk or a POT connected to SIP router. We aren't sure this is even possible in IVM as we can't see where in the 'transer calls options' to direct these transfer requests to SIP numbers. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
