IVM FINALLy working

I just got IVM v4.08 from a friend and installed it on the machine I have been trying to get v4.11 working on for several weeks. IT WORKS.

 

NCH needs to take a serious look at v4.11 and see what the problem is.

 

If any one would like a copy of 4.08 let me know and I will send it. B)

yes please... Does the Licence work from 4.11 work with 4.08.

There is a new version in testing, please contact tech support for further assistance.

 

In IVM just go to the Help menu -> Technical Support page and the link is at the bottom of the webpage.

 

Please provide a direct link as I can not find anything following these vague directions. Under the help tab in IVM there is no Technical Support link

Open IVM and click on Help---> Help Contents. This should open up your internet browser to the IVM Help Manual. At the bottom of that page is the link.

 

Here's the link so you need not go searching:

I brought IVM Answering Attendant v 4.11 for an answering service for one line. I am unable to get the prerecorded message to play when somebody calls me. I have dsl and a Zoom 56k V.92/V.90 PCI Voice Fax Modem. I went on the Zoom web site and downloaded the most up to date drivers. I am running Vista Utilimate 32 bit. I call Microsoft and they told me to call Dell. They spent about a hour and was unable to help me. I also called Microsoft again on Friday and they spent about one hour and also called Zoom. Nether Microsoft or Zoom was able to get by this problem. How do you take care of that problem. Microsoft, Dell and Zoom inform me not to buy anymore software from this compay because they were unable to locate a modem on the web site that did not of problems. Please e-mail me a copy of IVM Answering Attendant v 4.08.
