Guest Tari
I am having trouble playing dictation files with express scribe as it will give me an error message stating that I need to download the audio compression codec on my computer. When checking into that it says it is already on my computer. My media player works as well as all audio and video work outside of express scribe. Is there something I need to update or download to get this to work? Thanks for your help!!
