I've been using Videopad for awhile now - mostly just to edit client demo's or trim video for the internet. So those things are easy for me. Now I have a more difficult task. I have some video files that were transferred from VHS tapes many years ago. They're from when we were on location making movies in other parts of the world. There's some stuff that's fun to revisit but the quality is often less than great. The sound can be inconsistent (loud from the person who was shooting the video - and quieter from who was being filmed). So first question - 1. Is there a way to normalize

Could someone please explain what it means when you have done some work on PhotoPad. I was using the select feature and used the Magnet around a image i was going to cut out. I decided to click the cross (X) at the top to close it down and it asked for me to save it. I clicked save and it then said Saved to Disc. What is Saved to Disc? Where would that have saved? Does it only save to my computer or to the PhotoPad Software and if so where? It don't make sense because when i open the image i was using it doesn't open to the last session i was on i.e where i used the Magnet arou

Hi, I love using WavePad and find it extremely useful. However there are a couple of things that I can't figure out that are driving me crazy! Apparently, regions are tied to a particular file. If I define a bunch of regions then save a file with a new name, the regions no longer apply to the new file (even though the files are the same length, etc.). If I save as project, it opens with the bookmarks preserved, but selecting regions doesn't work. When I try to select a region, I get an error message that says "The region you have selected belongs to a file which is not currently open i
