I'm preparing a video of my school's Alma Mater for a ceremony in a few days using 18 different videos overlaid. The main issue is that the exported file plays back audio but there is no picture. Additionally, some of the overlaid videos flicker during the play back preview. I've tried exporting to both mp4 and mpg file types with both variable and constant framerates. I've exported other (less complicated) videos in the past without issue. I'm using VideoPad professional ver 8.23. I've included a DirectX diag report in the portable project folder. Hello! I just downloaded VideoPad today and the beginning ~35 seconds of my video show a black screen (missing the first clip.) The audio throughout is fine, and the video clips show up after that gap (it so happens that they start with the onset of the second audio clip.) I looked at other topics in this forum and tried exporting as an MP4/MPG, as well as making sure boxes like lossless video weren't checked. It's a simple project--I just narrated chunks of screen recording, though I imported audio files instead of narrating in VideoPad. I was on the trial version to see if I'd want to upgrade to professional, and in trying to fix this issue, I've already been blocked from exporting. I have tried everything for 3 days to export a completed, edited video in all possible formats using the latest Videopad program V 7.30 Professional which plays perfectly on the edit screen. Having saved and exported, on playback, all I get is a black screen, and in most playback programs about 1-2 secs of black screen from a 3minute.50 clip . This seems to have been a problem for years in many versions. How do I get resolution as I have waited for tech support for several days ? Under Australian law, if a program does not work as advertised a full refund is mandated. I would prefer resolution.
