I can move a wall by clicking it, and then dragging it to its new location. How do I do the same for a fence? I can select it, but when I drag it, the cursor changes to a "Denied" cursor, and the fence stays where it is. Thanks! NB: Please don't reply to this, for some reason this has been duplicated. I have done a fair amount of work on a 2D plan in DreamPlan. Now I want to move an entire room to another location. Don't want to do it one object at a time. Can I highlight with a marquee or group objects some other way to move them all at once?

Hi, I know that if one holds shift, you can click multiple clips one by one and then move them together. However while editing lots of parts of a video that have multiple clips working together (many short images, text and audio etc...) this ends up taking an incredible amount of time. Say I want to move 3 bars to the right, those 3 bars might have 20 little clips in different layers, so I would have to shift click them all, move them, and what if I want to move them again, back one space - you have to painstakingly clicking each one again??? It seems like someone else MUST have noticed th

I dropped a lot of money on this program with high hopes of making a bunch of zany videos with my kids but so far have only been met with hair-pulling frustration. I loaded a few images, a text effect, a video, and an audio clip playing over top of these things. All good. THEN we decided that we wanted a different video clip at the start of the movie... So this leads to the 'should be simple like on all other programs but cannot find an answer anywhere online even though many people are asking the same thing' situation. Ctrl+A highlights everything as one would expect, but when one moves

I recently upgraded to version 5.03 and I'm having an issue when trimming the starting point of an audio track on the timeline. Here is what the situation is: primary video and audio present; pasted a clip overlay of video and audio; unlinked overlayed audio from overlayed video. Here is the issue: when grabbing the start point of overlayed audio, and dragging it to the right to trim/adjust it, once you let go of the mouse button it shifts the whole audio clip to the left and gets it out of sync, you have to slide the audio clip back to the right. Any way to disable this shift? Previous versio

Hello everyone, I just started using the full version of VideoPad (v4.58). I mainly planned to use the "motion effect" to straight out strongly angled videos manually (where auto stabilization won't work) while zooming in and out at the same time (and changing these parameters permanently in the video, some static rotation/zoom won't do it for me). The effect seems to work quit fine for me, but the encoded video is of very poor quality, it shows heavy aliasing/Moiré patterns and it seems quite unsharp, too. Rotating/panning the source video in "MediaPlayer classic" (using numpad) pro

I'm working with a bunch of tracks from different cameras (same scene filmed from different angles) and trying to line them up perfectly. The easiest way to do this seems to be to be to line up the audio from both sources as close as possible, and then the video would be aligned. In other words, if you had two video clips from two cameras that recorded the same event (Joe says "mary had a little lamb"), if you stack the clips in tracks so that the audio matches perfectly, the video therefore matches perfectly. I cannot for the life of me seem to figure out a way to move the clip in a t

Is there a way to rearrange clip positions on an upper track (ie. Track 2 and higher) without overwriting or leaving gaps in the original sequence? As I see it if you move a clip to another position in the timeline it overwrites at it's new position and leaves a gap where it was. Thanks, Mark
