Hi, everyone! Is my first time in the forum, so I'm excusing in advance if the answer is around there (I didn't find it...). Using VideoPad 8.33 here running in W10. I'm working in a project with many videos, all coming from different sources, but working super fine, smoothly, enjoying what I see in the preview. The problem is when I make a render to see how's everything going: some clips freeze, others disappear, others start then freeze. And is rather random. Sometimes does it, sometimes don't. Tried changing the output format, compressor, resolution and frame rate, combining them, and nothing seems to improve the response. Sometimes it does, sometimes doesn't. (I know for sure that, for some reason, it doesn't like 29.97 fps, for example.) Well, if you can enlighten me, I'll be glad. It would be so frustrating to start the whole project from the scratch maybe in another program. Or with another person... Thanks in advance!Chino

Hi, I recently updated VideoPad and now I'm running into trouble as far as editing goes. Whenever I place video and audio into the software and piece together the video, when playing the preview/display, it lags after 2 seconds and then freezes entirely. The audio plays and it still continues, but the video portion just stops entirely and the pause button's response is SO slow too. I deleted a bunch of leftover media in the software, cleared the data cache, can have nothing running in the background and it still occurs everytime, it's so infuriating. Before this update, I would just lower the resolution of the preview since that was an option, but that was removed for whatever reason I can't fathom so now I'm stuck. Can someone please help me on figuring out how to get rid of this lag/freeze or optimize the settings to where it can be playable so I can edit safely?

Hello This is the first video I have made using Video Pad. After I export the video as an mp4 file and try to play it back, it works well for about six seconds or so and then freezes. The audio continues though and has no problems. Occasionally the video will shift to another frame, but it's still frozen. I have already cleared my cache, exited, and then tried to export again multiple times, but it still hasn't worked. The video is about three and a half minutes long and the resolution is 1080 x 1920. Can someone help me with this? Thank you.

Hi. I've been using Videopad for a while, just posted a few days ago about an upload problem, now I've worked that out somewhat, but another huge problem popped up. I'm editing a video and anytime I try to do an "effect," the effects screen goes white, my mouse turns into an hour glass and the effects screen flashes- from white to flat out not existing, and eventually does nothing. Please, please help. Thank you.

Debut will record about 10 minutes into a video online event I'm watching and then it freezes a picture and stops recording what is happening. Audio is fine but without the video is pretty much of no use. Any suggestions on this. This has happened on two different computers. I had it happen on my favorite computer so I uninstalled it and put Debut on my other computer and it worked fine for a while and has now started doing the same thing. Anyone with suggestions is apprecited.
