I am using VideoPad under WINE to do some quite complex editing. NCH don't support this, of course, so don't ask them for help. VideoPad regularly and frequently crashes, and this is annoying just not enough to to get me to learn how to use kdenlive. I was shown how to use VP about a year ago an, over time, I have learned a bit more. I'm now doing things such as rearranging video and cutting and shifting audio in video. It all limps along. Greetings. With the ending of support for Windows 7 and my dislike for Windows 10, I have decided to give Linux Mint a spin. Most things are going well, but after using Videopad in Windows for years, the biggest problem I was having was with video editors. About the best alternative I found was Shotcut. It seems to handle the editing mostly just fine but rendering is a bit slow. Then I discovered that Videopad would run in Linux via Wine and it was my understanding it would work quite well. buenos dias amigos, quisiera saber como configurar mi vrs con ubuntu, logré instalarlo, pero no puedo trabajarlo igual que windows, ya que cuando escojo la tarjeta de sonido me muestra las opciones pero no aparece la entrada de linea, y en mi dispositivo (osea en las propiedades de sonido) detecta y me da las opciones de escoger la entrada que yo quiera, pero en el vrs no puedo ver la entrada de linea, he probado con todas la entradas y no me arroja señal en el vrs. espero alguien pueda ayudarme. gracias.
