This is embarrassing, but I've not updated my software for over 5 years, and I found out that I'm still on v4.11. I figured it's about time to upgrade, but I've lost my original Gmail account which I used to purchase the software, and now I can't find the registration code. Worst case scenario, I'm find with paying the full $70 for a completely brand new installation, but I figured I should try asking before I make my decision. Any suggestions as to what I could do to retrieve the original registration code?

Hello there, I purchased my videopad video editor software from NHC in September 2015. From one minute to the other my sequence preview and the whole programm got screwed. When I try to see the video I'm working on in the sequence preview/the preview/effects my video is constantly stopping(freezing/lagging),my video for some reason is always in slowmotion and also at one point it just stops and says: building preview even though the video has already loaded in. I really don't know what to do and unfortunately I cannot work like this anymore. I already tried to reinstall the pr

I started using a new MacBook Pro running El Capitan 10.11.6 with the free version of ExpressScribe v5.82. The floating window feature worked fine. When I paid the license fee and upgraded to 5.8.8, the mini window wouldn't float above any other windows (yes, it was checked on). So I reverted back to v5.82 and everything is fine. I was even able to use the same registration code. Just thought this might be helpful to anyone experiencing the same problem with the upgrade. -

just upgraded to 3.99 free version and the accounting reports are gone! Are there these reports in the paid version?

Hi- I have MOV files that I created a video with. When I uploaded to Youtube I had considerable loss in quality (horrible pixalation that is not in the original) so I purchased your pro version in order to upload directly in the hope it would be better that way. Well, for one, despite my log in info being correct and up to date, I get an error message saying NoListYouTube or something like that. So I upload the flv file that is automatically saved at that point and it also has incredible loss of quality. Now I have the new version uploaded and can't get the edited footage to load -
