I have been using Photostage Professional without a problem. The video I made plays well on "Preview" and can be exported into mp4 file. Suddenly, the "Export" function stopped working. The error message says, "delete C:\Users\Pastor Raf\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Components\x264enc7\x264enc7.exe". But I cannot find the file under the "NCH Software Components" folder. I don't know what to do. This happened when I downloaded other free programs from the internet. I scanned the C drive and found no virus. I don't know what the x264enc7.exe file is doing.

I had purchased the software of photostage professional V6.47. I tried to export the slideshow I created, but always cashed @1% stage. Report bug had been sent, but no response at all.

I just purchased photostage. I made a slideshow of pictures and a couple of songs. (No file has been moved.) When I saved it using "Save Slideshow...", I chose .mp4. The file created could not be opened with QuickTime. (I have the last version.) Then photostage crashed. Now, when I click on the file to open it, I am asked if it crashed, I click yes, then it says that some of the files could not be found. They will be shown in red. I click ok. But, there are no files listed in red. After all of the files are loaded, I get the error: Abnormal Signal Crash ... you received a "SIGNAL10
