Hello. I purchased VideoPad several years ago and I would like to install the corresponding (older) version of it now, after having to re-install Windows 10. No matter what I try, the installers I downloaded always install the latest version, 8.67. I tried using the installer I have from 2017 and the same happens. Does this mean I have to purchase a new license? I am perfectly happy with the older version I purchased and I was using. Thank you in advance for any tips how to get the old version installed.

I have to move the program to a new machine. Copied the exe file from the old machine and installed on the new computer. Now when I want to use certain functions it tells me my trial period is over and when I input my registration code it tells me its for a older version which I bought 4.06 which had some updates along the way, and insists I pay for the new upgrade. I am happy with the old version I had paid for and happy to remain with it, I feel it would be unfair to force me to purchase a new version and I prefer to remain with the older version if I have to pay again. I love VideoPad. It's simple, yet loaded with features. After using an older free version for some time, I purchased my first licenced copy today after briefly trying out the trial of v7.30 . I should have paid more attention to the changes before paying i think. Though most of the features are still intact (and a bunch of new features that have some cool potential), I can't help but notice the "Change Preview Settings" are gone, replaced by an array of slightly confusing aspect ratio options. I don't want to argue about it. I don't want your new versions, any of them. I loved how 2.41 worked, I mastered it and I have a lot of compatible projects I want to use it with. I see what you did on the Internet. You made it impossible to download old versions. You planted files that look like old versions that push users to your site. I WANT THE OLD VERSION.
