I have made 104 video files video in the videopad its about 3 hours long. The preview in videopad is playing properly but on exporting the video in any extension (.avi,.mp4) with 720p or 480p or as a portable video the video is not playing properly. The size of the exported file comes up to 8 gb. It takes atleast 12 hours to export. The exported video plays properly for about 30 mins and then its gets all shaky. Hello I am new to these forums so if this has already been answered please direct me to the post but if not well here is my problem. Sometimes when I record some footage and put it into VideoPad Professional the sound gets out of sync with the video, I would be fine with this if the video it self was out of sync but when I just play the raw footage it is in perfect sync. So to combat this problem I have been having to rerecord the footage. Which can take a lot more time than it should when you have one hour of footage to rerecord. 1) I am busy deciding on a video editor for home use. NCH advertises a "free download" for home use. I did download this option about a year ago only to find out that it means only, "free download" and not "free use", because after lots of work on my first production, it refused to save or something, can't remember what it was, before I purchase a license! Hi, I have a short video of dimensions 1280 X 720 pixels. My requirement is to use it for FB ads by making it 1080 X 1080 pixels. The plan is to do it in 2 steps. 1. Scale the video to 84% (0.84) in both the directions so that the depth/width becomes 1075pixels(which can be taken as 1080 for practical purpose). 2. Crop the video by in 1:1 ratio so that it becomes 1075 X 1075 pixels, which serves the requirement. So, Videopad crashed unexpectedly while I had it in the background, so I restored what I was working on, and all the audio I had recorded was corrupt (it showed a rectangle instead of the audio squiggles it normally showed when you look at an audio file in Videopad), thus inaudible. I tried restoring previous versions of my project from my recycling bin, but the audio was still corrupt. Even my backup file was corrupt. Is there a fix to this? I'm reaching out because I had half an hours worth of content edited. Any help is apreciated!

Hi everyone. I am very new to video editing and purchased videopad editing software because it seemed the most easiest and it has been until I've come across this dilemma. I have an urgent deadline to meet and having a hard time working around what is going on so any responses if possible would be greatly appreciated. Basically I replaced lots of original images/ clips that were linked to the audio file in the timeline of the video I am editing. I did this because I realized during recording I had unnecessarily left a computer pen active and this left a red dot in almost every P

I opened one of my projects and all of a sudden the audio I previously recorded was really really quite and drowned out by the background music. It was perfectly fine yesterday. I could hear everything All I did was open my project and now I can't hear myself. I don't want to amplify everything because A: That will take way to long, B: It will ruin the sound quality. I understand that there isn't much to go off from here, but that is literally all I know. If anyone has any ideas then please tell me soon.

I swear I've been using this software for the longest time since almost 4 years ago and ever since I downloaded the latest version being VideoPad 7.11, exporting videos has been a complete and utter frustration because of this unnecessary and buggy feature. I'm making a video with a video & picture overlay and no matter what resolution & framerate combo, the video constantly zooms in with one of the text elements being expanded despite always staying cropped and adding black bars. I've tried Auto match content but fixes to 16:9, auto match content to a given resolution, 1920 x 1080 -
I was running a prior version that had worked for me for a few months now. Today when I tried to export the video file, Videopad crashed, which I have seen before. But today, it wanted me to upgrade to the latest (7.05) version. After doing so, my file exported fine. Thank you. HOWEVER, my next video to edit has scrolling text - right to left. It now scrolls left to right. Selecting that setting, and the text scrolls bottom to top. This is completely broken!! So thank you for the upgrade, but....

I loaded a video, and an image. Added both to different channels in the timeline. Shrunk (resize tool) and positioned (same tool) the image. First bug- how do I consistently get the preview window to show the image overlayed above the video. Often the preview only shows one or the other. This is very inconsistent. Feature request - when using the Size and position tool show all channels - I need to see the video to know where to position the image and the best size. Hi, I have an existing video of a narrator. She wants to add her Powerpoint slides into the video, as the videographer didn't record them. I converted her Powerpoint slides into still images. Now, I want to insert them each place where she talks about them. I don't want to interrupt her audio, so I split her audio and video, but I also don't want to get them out of sync. So, I created a video track 2 for the jpgs of her slides. This is working fine, but instead of cutting between the slides and her video, I'd like to crossfade between the two... looks smoother and less "MTV."

So i am currently using VideoPad to make a short film for school and its turning out really good thanks to VideoPad! However there is one re-occurring issue that i just can't seem to fix, and is really frustrating because it shouldn't be happening at all and i cant seem to figure out why it's happening! Basically some of my clips simply are not rendering my effects for the entire portion of a clip. Help!!!!!!!!!!! I was using video pad editor for about two weeks it was fine. I use it to edit videos for my youtube channel. Well for whatever reason after some windows updates installed it crashed few times. I added the update. By the way I have the paid version. Anyway I cannot use it right now. It keeps failing to export even to a file! It says it encountered an abnormal exception. It happens around the 28% mark that it fails. I don't know what to do! I ran a boot time check and apparently everything is ok. I doubt it's a malware issue. Could it be from the updates? And how would I know wh

OK, so this goes under the Beats-me-what-I-did-but-I-did-something-that-worked category. The problem: I'm switching computers, so I installed Videopad on the new box registered it, and transferred about 350 gigs of video files (processed and originals) from the old box to the new one. when I went to test out the new machine with VP, I found that projects where the original (imported) files were avi, wmv, etc worked fine, however, the projects where the imported files were Quicktime files previewed with no audio (the little warning came up that the audio was processing, but the audio

Hi all, been away from editing videos for a while so would appreciate some feedback from you guys Have made a 2 second cut in between frames which I need to close, or join together, OR alternatively mute or add some fade in perhaps ?! Looked in vain but cannot find any way to accomplish this. Probably looking too hard ?

(SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH) Guys, im very experienced with video editing but I have a problem; like most of you experienced editors i dont edit in 1080p but i convert the original video I want to edit into a much smaller file so that i can edit without making the program lag (after i'm finished with the editing i click on "change file..." and then i put the original 1080p video and Videopad automatically keeps all the cuts and the effects). I notice that my videos have a green tint when exported from VideoPad and when placed in VideoPad and exported multiple times, the green tint becomes much more noticeable. The top is how the footage looks normally and the bottom is how it looks after multiple exports. Is there any way I can fix this? I export it as an mp4 at a constant 30 fps at YouTube 720p.

I am trying to burn a 2.4gb, 158 min mp4 video on my DVD-R which has a capacity of 8.5GB, 240min. But when I want it to burn, it saying that the file size is too big for the DVD-R, what is the problem and how can I solve this??

I want to compile a video which is made of both horizontal and vertical clips. However, when I use the recommended resolution (https://imgur.com/a/MsSxGUC), it creates a really small window and the text I introduced has the same size it had during the project version, and so it gets compressed (like 4 letters per line). My version is VideoPad 6.10

HUGE PROBLEM !!!!! I use newest V 6.01. But looks the same problem. I describe this problem: If I edit a video (MP4) and export the edited video (HD YouTube MP4 etc normal format), then I CAN see this video at all videobrowsers. BUT: if I enter this video in Videopad V 6.01 and play this video, then this video only shows the first "pic" and freezes, while the audio play normal. At the Videopad TIMELINE for sequence and for clip, I only see ONE "PIC" (the first "pic" at the beginning) . This is not the first time OI have this problem and it frustates because I cannot e

So the title says it all, every 30 seconds or so, the preview will just freeze up, the audio continues on just fine, and then I can't pause the preview, or do anything at all for that matter. I am new to this program, and I would appreciate any sort of help at all. Thanks in advance, -Column 1 -
I’m using VideoPad v 5.21 and i just recently made a video consists of 115 pic :”) am trying to play it like a memorial video but when i exported the video it just freezed at one pic and the audio is working fine but the picture didn’t continued ? Help me it’s really urgent i looked at other people’s same issue but i don’t understand anything because i’m not very professional at anything like this and english is not my first language ;-;

I'm really new to VideoPad...and this must be simple...but I cannot figure out how to CLOSE an item in a bin that I've only opened so I can review it. I've made no changes. Is the step to SAVE AS its original name? Haven't tried that. Thanks.

With a licensed VideoPad, I've tried three times to export a 34-second video, and after an hour I click "Cancel" and try a lower resolution. First Try: HD 1080 Second Try: HD 720 Third Try: YouTube 480 This is with i7 3.6 GHz processor Dedicated 3GB graphics card 32GB RAM ...and minimal background proceses. This video has no audio track. Just one track with video and two with short captions. No heavy lifting. Each time, the progress gets to 99%, but never completes (within an hour). Any ideas?
