OK - so my Infinity IN-USB-2 foot pedal which worked fine since 2014 with Express Scribe Pro has for the last few months been intermittently 'dropping out'. It works fine for a couple of minutes then cuts out. I've just spent £20 upgrading to the latest version of Express Scribe 6.0 in case that was an issue but the same thing happens. Have checked set up, Windows 10 Power Management, Device troubleshooting etc, etc. Everything comes back - 'no problem'. I work professionally as a transcriber so before I order another foot pedal I want to check if there are any known software conflicts tha

I don't use the bookmark feature, activated by CTRL+arrow keys. When I'm using my PC for anything other than transcribing, however, I do use the CTRL+arrow keys to move my cursor to different character breaks in the sentence. I would love for customizability of the bookmark shortcut to be added to the software for added efficiency. I know I'm not the only one wanting for this feature. Thanks. All the best Søren

Does anyone know if there's anyway I can edit the deadline column in either the free or Pro version of Express Scribe? I'd love to simplify my life and be able to just sort all my typing jobs according to deadline but I just can't seem to find ANYTHING Thanks (in hopeful anticipation). Kath

I just purchased and installed Express Scribe Pro after being a user of the free version for years now. I'm a bit disappointed in having some issues with things that were not an issue in the free version I was using, one of which is the Scribe Mini, which I was used to using regularly, however, the time display that I was used to seeing on the top of the box on the left is now just blank and that is key for me. I have looked through options and help section and other areas, however I don't see any setting that might need to be enabled, etc. Any help for this?

For those of you who use Dragon Software with Express Scribe, can Dragon learn to convert audio from all the various doctors for whom I transcribe? What exactly is the process for maximizing my productivity by using the program? I have read some seemingly outdated threads on other transcription forums that describe a very elaborate listen and then repeat using your voice process, which would be pointless, IMO. I really would love to try Dragon but I want to be sure it won't add another step in my process. Thanks so much!

I am testing the functionality between Express Scribe and Express Delegate. I have Express Scribe Pro v5.63 and Express Delegate Plus Trial v4.11. Both are installed on a local machine running Windows 7 Pro (64bit). I have setup a typist in Delegate and assigned dictations to the typist. I have configured Express Scribe for incoming recordings with a successful test connection to the Delegate server. Unfortunately, when I attempt to sync in Scribe nothing happens. The files assigned to the typist in Delegate are not loading into Scribe. What am I missing? Does this only work with paid
