Crescendo display does't follow the notes while replaying

Is it necessary to have a paid support contract, if I don't want the respond to take ages? -
In version 5.60, when replaying a composition with signum and coda, the display always followed the actual played notes, even if there was a jump-back to a signum. In version 8.17, which I purchased now, there is no jump-back to a signum on the screen, it seems like it is not possible to jump back in any way. Why did they change this behaviour? Achimxx
