Hello, I have purchased IVM and the Platinum Support Plan. Software is great however I'm left with one minor issue:
**using Synway SHT-4B/USB (TELCTAUSB4)
4 Verizon Land-Lines (NO VO-IP) using Unique OGM menus for each individual line.
If a caller hangs up while on hold (using Pseudo-Transfer), the call is not dropped by IVM or the Synway box. If I pick up the line and press "#" to "Hang Up Immediate", IVM reads the command (according to the log) but does not kill the line. Therefore, I have to close out IVM completey and reopen it to open that line again.
Advise: The Pseudo-Transfer technique works great as long as the caller does not hang up before we can Press #.
What is the best approach to take here?
