    And yes, I have purchased a license after I installed the ES 11, and yes, I also contacted support for help. I have to wait, however, until all the clients who purchased also a support contract are served.

    On ES 11, I tried MP4 file, it did not work, either. Have not tried any other video file format, such as .avi, etc. Is there any list of compatible files available? Any experience?
