I am using older VideoPad v. 3.51 with Master's License, reinstalled from my backup drive. Title Bar shows Commercial License, but I cannot output an mp4 file. What would be the issue?

Hello borate, I have the same error message on an older vers VP. It is also a Pro license although reinstalled on new hd after failure. Would your solution also work for me? Seems like I only need the components you mentioned.
