i think you understood well. i want to answer from an extension that is outside the group! maybe i can put it inside the group with a ringing delay of 1000 seconds... so it will never ring... but how can i answer if it's not ringing? with a classical old PBX it was possible, i remember that i just had to dia 7210 to answer from my phone (that wasn't ringing) thanks for your "help" if anybody knows the solution please heeelp! thanks simone

i don't know where to set RTP in the client... and also... i didn't understand very well what i have to do i'm not an expert!!!! can you please explain me better? thanks a lot, simone

dear friends, i set up an axon server with some clients in my lan office i'm trying to set up a client (Express Talk) to connect to my server from outside (home) so i put this configurations Full 'Friendly' Display name: Simone Server (SIP proxy or virtual PBX) : my external ip (i take it from spam://www.ipchicken.com/) Sip Number : 105 (this is my extension) Password: ******** in my gateway virtual server, i set up that the port 5060 goes to my server internal ip (192.168.1.3) but it doesn't work!!!! how can i do? thanks, simone

dear friends, i set up an axon server and some clients, 3 clients are in a "group 1" , and other 3 not. for incoming calls i set up to RING the "group 1" everything works very fine but in few cases i need to answer calls directly from an extension outside the group is it possible? thanks, simone

Dear friends, we installed axon pbx on a server, and express talk on 2 computers §(we also bought 2 licenses) we set up everything, we can receive calls and make internal calls. the problem is that when we transfer a call, the call is transferred, but the call receiver can't hear the voice of the person who's calling. This problem is solved if the receiver presses HOLD button twice. EXAMPLE 1) we call our voip number from the CELLPHONE 2) we answer from the extension 111 and it works (everybody listens eachother) 3) extension 111 transfer the call to extension 112 4) extension 112 answer, the CELLPHONE can hear the voice of the ext. 112 but the ext 112 can't hear the CELLPHONE voice 5) the extension 112 puts on hold the call, and take it back: now 112 and the CELLPHONE can hear eachother we tried also to answer from the 112 and transfer to the 111, but we had the same scenario. is it a BUG or we misconfigured anything? we're ready to buy other 7 clients when this issue is solved. thanks, bhrhotels
