I have found that the program will not automatically post scheduled transactions. However, you don't have to individually post them. You can post a batch of scheduled transactions by clicking the first scheduled transaction you want to post and then hold SHIFT and click the last transaction in the batch you want to post. If you want to be more selective, you can hold CTRL and clicking individual transactions.
