I have a dog doing obedience on track 1. How do I add a video in a video of a close up of the dog keeping both synched?

I want to add to the video clip, a zoomed in layer of my subject in the lower right-hand corner. I have a video of a handler and dog team working in obedience. Is it possible to add a box (picture-n-picture) that is zoomed in on the dog so the viewer can see the overall performance as well as a close of the dog at the same time? Please tell how to do this if possible. If this is in the Video Pad User Guide, I can't find it.

I currently save to YouTube and post a link on Facebook. What are my options if I don't save to YouTube but still want people to see the video on Facebook.
