Hello everyone, Something really weird is happening with my Express Scribe. It has been working just fine a while ago but it isn't anymore. Here is what is happening: most of my mp3 files won't play anymore. I mean, they play but the colored bar in the lower right corner keeps black while the timer is running, even though the speech to text is working. The volume is okay, some of my files still play. It all happened after I use the background noise reduction on the file I was currently working on. Out of the blue, the audio stopped and wouldn't play anymore, as well as many others. Idk what to do, any suggestions or solutions? Thank you!
