no external speaker or head phone connected? i guess I have to return? Anyone know of a good pedal that works with mac?

WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO PLUG AND PLAY? I can't get this software to work at all. I open the program. Click the play button for the loaded example program and I get that Please check audio is functioning and same for the mp3 I uploaded??? help!!! I need to get to work but spent over an hour trying to get the pedal to work!!!

THAT DIDN'T WORK FOR ME? WHAT ELSE?
