I'm currently having a similar issue with extremely slow image conversion. I've been converting 1 PDF (with about 3 pages) to PNG format for about the last 30 minutes now, and the progress bar isn't even half way.

No thoughts from anyone on this? It works in PDFCandy but I don't want to drop F99 on that.

I updated the app to the most recent version, but the problem remains. I submitted a support ticket some days ago, but I've heard nothing back.

I don't know what the problem is, as last time I used the app it worked fine. Currently, when I try and covert a PDF to an image format (I have tried PNG and JPG), the progress bar starts up but then gets stuck around 15% and never progresses any further than that: https://imgur.com/a/zm7g1Ap Task manager shows fairly high CPU usage and "very high" power usage: https://i.imgur.com/iN0pAZ7.png Any help appreciated!
