When I click play on my foot pedal, there is a sound that plays AND my typing gets repeated or deleted.

I've used ES for about 14 years and this never happened until I was forced to upgrade yesterday, just to connect my foot pedal. I opened a movie file and it didn't ding. While on this page typing to you, it's not dinging. However, when I am looking at my desktop, it dings or when I open Word or notepad.

I ended up having to buy the premium Express Scribe today. There is a "ding" every time I hit my foot pedal to play, rewind, FF. I can't for the life of me figure out how to stop this in options or tools.
