Thanks. When you say reinstall it, do you mean firstly delete Videopad and then reinstall it?

I've just noticed that some of the template animations have disappeared after an update. In particular the Elegant Lower text animation is missing, as well as a few others, which I was in the middle of using in a video I was making. Any idea where it has gone please?

Version 7.39. Is there anyway of knowing if installing the new version will solve the problem? I don't really want to pay another $50 if it's not going to fix the issue. Also, what do you mean by the old install file and registration info? Thanks.

Hi there, When I'm using the "Position" effect on some images in my video, at the end of each image it flickers really badly. You can see it on the below video, it happens each time on 4 separate images between the 19 - 30 second mark. For some reason though it doesn't show up when I preview the video in VideoPad, only once the video has been exported. https://youtu.be/35oO5WgKp5M Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
