  1. What files exactly am I uploading to a drive and where do I find them? I'm using the latest version of v10.52 and my PC specs are as follows... CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 RAM: 16.0GB My computer has never struggled with running the software.
  2. Here's the issue: I import a .mp4, nothing fancy. I play the video for a little bit and then the video and audio go out of sync from each other. The waveforms of audio are displaying the sound accurately, but the video is just not even close to being in sync. There's no consistent point where the video goes out of sync for each file. It just happens once in the beginning when it's put on the timeline. My solution was to just offset the video manually with a cut and some dragging of the audio to the right spot to line it up. Now that I've come back to my project, most of the video is completely out of sync. I've spent weeks working on this project that I'm getting paid for and never knew the software would just un-sync further and ruin the project, so I'm quite frustrated. The worst part is that some of the video files are in sync and others are not. I edited 8 different .mp4 files and only 3 of them were in sync when I came back to the project, but I've had to realign the audio with the video for all these .mp4 files when I first imported them onto the timeline. All videos are fine when I open them with Windows Media Player and VLC. No problems there. The videos don't play in sync in the Preview Clip window or on the timeline, but again, they play fine in WMP and VLC. This should mean it's a VideoPad problem. I've tried right clicking the audio and restoring the linked clip (since that would make sense), but it's still the same video clip and the video isn't lining up. I've tried clearing the cache (I had 25GB of cache files), but still NO difference at all. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and made sure I had the latest version, but the video is still not in sync at all.
