shutdown and restart your system then check your problem. if problem is persist then contact customers complement and tell your problem. I have face this problem, finally I repair my system to service center.

YouTube accept only video files. If you want to upload your photos then you can make your photo's video and then upload it on YouTube. This is the alternative way.
