I can start to enter text in the box but when i take the cursor out of the box the screen freezes so I cannot press the 'next' button. Can you provide a response here as to why I cannot see my camera in the device drop down list? All I can choose is the camera in my Mac book?

The technical support form doesn't allow me to add text?

I have connected my Panasonic NV27 camcorder to my macbook air, but when i open the device list all I get is the built in camera, it doesn't show my camcorder in the list.
