Really? I have been going back and forth with support and they said my foot pedal should work with the free version. I was wondering the same thing. Very frustrating.

I was transcribing and in error deleted half of my typed out transcription! Is there a "go back" button or something somewhere. I can not find it.

I am using the VEC Infinity 3 Foot Control pedal with my free version of Express Scribe. I am currently using it with my MacBook Pro. All works well except for when I pause with the pedal to type and then resume again I have to take my hand off the keyboard and place the cursor back to where I paused the audio. Can someone help me with this? It is obviously not what should be happening.
