Hi How can I change the subject title from the default? So that secretary’s have an easy overview in “Microsoft Outlook 2003”. The Lawyers name the attached file with the case number so it is easy to find but the secretary have to open each email to find the correct case when she goes through her priorities given by the lawyer.
