Hi, I have an issue with loading with MP4 files - the audio is not loaded. Until yesterday I was able to load these types of videos - I created in PowerPoint and everything was working fine- the audio was loaded immediately and all worked fine. Yesterday night, I forgot the computer open with VIdeopad on and today, I load the same type of exported videos ( PowerPoint export) but video pad doesn't read the voice - in the dedicated area where the audio is supposed to appear - I have a straight line, nothing else. I followed the steps from previous posts, erased the "C:\Users\<your name>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Components" "C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Components" and reinstalled the latest version. I also cleared the cache several times. I tried to import 5 different files, not just one. Nothing works for me. Can someone please advise?
